Jason Kotecki

Jason Kotecki is an artist who speaks. Really, really well! A master of wit & whimsy, Jason helps people “Escape Adulthood” – his playful term for breaking free from unnecessary rules, routines, and expectations that can drain our energy and creativity. Through extraordinary artwork, humor, and memorable storytelling, Jason will inspire us to bring fresh thinking, renewed energy, and more of our creative selves into our work. His message helps people reconnect with what matters and navigate change with perspective to rediscover the passion behind serving others and doing great work.

Ralene Ostberg

Raelene Ostberg is the founder of Thriving Together, an organization that provides engaging, inspiring, and transformative educational experiences to support early childhood educators in their critical work. With the vital support of childcare providers, Raelene was able to raise her two daughters, work 20 years in early childhood classrooms, study stress with Mayo’s Stress-free Living Program, and obtain a BA in Theater and an M.Ed. in Family Education from the University of Minnesota. The last 14 years, Raelene has entertained and inspired thousands of early childhood professionals who appreciate her realistic, evidence-based strategies with immediate application. Participants love Raelene’s dynamic energy, infectious enthusiasm, and theatrical storytelling that bring the techniques to life.
