Healthy Bites: Nutrition for Children

Join Penny Chase and Amanda Miles in person for this full-day Healthy Bites series segment! This course will empower early care and education programs to improve the quality of the meals and snacks served by including foods recommended for proper growth and development for children ages 1 through 12. Participants will engage in hands-on experiments and activities throughout the day and get practice with planning and serving healthy meals and engaging families as well. 

We will take a 30 minute break for lunch. Lunch will be provided! 

This training is available at a reduced price and made possible by funds from the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.
