From Roots To Resilience

Join Dr. Jessica Schweigert for a FREE, three session seminar for parents who want to better understand how their own adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) may influence their parenting and relationships. This seminar offers as supportive environment to explore intergenerational patterns, reflect on the lasting effects of ACEs, and develop practical strategies for managing emotional triggers, strengthening coping skills, and building healthy, connected, relationships with children. 

Participants will take part in guided discussions and hands-on activities focused on breaking cycles of stress and adversity while fostering resilience, emotional safety, and stronger family connections.

Classes will take place August 5th, 12th, and 19th from 5:30-7:00pm at The Parenting Place office in La Crosse – 1500 Green Bay St.
