Topic: Raising Confident, Competent Children
Most of the time, parenting is great fun and you know you are doing a good job but there are times when things get a little tricky. Maybe your toddler won’t eat dinner or your six year old won’t pick up toys or it just seems that your child never listens. These groups are quick ways to get new ideas about how to parent during the tricky times. Positive Parenting is a research-based parenting program offered around the globe. Limited child care for independent walkers is available. Younger children are welcome to stay in the room with their parents.
Come and learn ideas on how to make those tricky parenting times easier! Throughout this seminar series you will learn how to encourage behavior you like, deal with problem behavior, take care of yourself and become more confident as a parent.
